Manitoba Aboriginal Head Start would like to invite ELCC staff to attend our Annual Training Event taking place February 3–5, 2026, at the Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites (1800 Wellington Avenue, Winnipeg, MB). This three-day event brings together Aboriginal Head Start programs and partners for learning, networking, and professional development.

Aboriginal Head Start Association of BC [AHSABC]
Aboriginal Head Start Association of B.C. [AHSABC] was born in the spring of 1998, evolving in December 2001 into an incorporated non-profit society and the only federally funded Provincial AHSUNC Support Project in Canada up to 2024. Our membership consists of Program Coordinators, Parents, Elders and Host Agency Representatives from urban AHS programs in BC. -

The goal of the Ontario Aboriginal Head Start Association [OAHSA] is to support early child development strategies designed and controlled by Aboriginal people and to provide opportunities for Aboriginal preschool children to develop a positive sense of themselves and a desire for learning, as well as give them opportunities to develop fully and successfully throughout their lives. -
